Born and raised right here in Umbria, with years spent working in restaurants before any of this — behind the pass, at the tables, watching how people arrive as guests in someone else's world. What struck me is how much of that gets flattened into a script: the same set menu, the same itinerary, the same wedding day repeated with a different name on the invitation. Meanwhile there is still so much about this region, and about hospitality itself, that nobody has bothered to explore.
Amaranta Studio exists because I believe every project should be built its own way — and because whoever walks through the door, for one afternoon or a whole wedding week, should feel like they've come home, not like they're being processed.

No fixed packages. Each world below is a starting point for a conversation, not a menu.
Milestone birthdays, anniversaries and family gatherings hosted at handpicked villas, estates and wineries — built around the people you're celebrating, not a standard floor plan.
Private venues · family-run estates · small guest countsPrivate journeys through Umbria's food, wine and quieter landscapes for families or small groups — days shaped around your appetite and pace rather than a fixed coach tour.
Wine estates · working kitchens · unhurried itinerariesSlower stays, built around Umbria's older traditions of food, wine and quiet. Fewer stops. More depth. A monastery courtyard, or a single table at one vineyard — whatever depth looks like for you.
Restorative pace · small groups · rooted in placeIntimate weddings, taken on by request — for couples who want something entirely their own, not a repeated formula. Same one-to-one approach as everything else here.
By request onlyUmbria is where this studio started — and it's still the deepest part of what I know. The food. The wine. A quieter, more spiritual pace than its better-known neighbours. It's a smaller network by design: hosts, kitchens and cellars I return to because the welcome is real, never staged for a tour bus.
Tell me the occasion. The number of people. Roughly when. I'll take it from there.
